PURPOSE:TOFU (bean curd) as a snack between lunch and supper, having softness like silk-strained TOFU, edible as the snack between lunch and supper, having high nutrition, comprising separated soybean protein, water, an oil, a saccharide, and a coagulating agent in a specific ratio, and containing further an aromatic substance, and a vegetable. CONSTITUTION:The aimed TOFU as a snack between lunch and supper, comprising 3-10wt% separated soybean protein, 95-50wt% water, 0.5-10wt% oil, 5-30wt% saccahride, and 0.1-1.0wt% coagulating agent as main components, and containing further an aromatic substance (preferably chocolate, peppermint, cocoa, almond, banana, strawberry, etc.) and/of a vegetable (preferably carrot, pumpkin, spinach, tomato, etc.). |
