PURPOSE:To enable a series of work needed for assembling by heating and welding to be carried out within a spot welding machine as a whole so as to reduce operating time by arranging panels and a vibro-isolating material to be assembled together in specified places of the spot welding machine. CONSTITUTION:A thin board panel A and a dash panel B are respectively placed on supporting boards 8, 8 and electrodes 9a, 11a, and also an asphalt sheet C is placed as a vibro-isolating material with heat softening characteristics on the dash panel B. Then, after the sheet C is heated by electrifying an electrical heater 12, welding gung 5-7 descend, and spot welding to the panels A, B is carried out. Therefore, the softened sheet C in softened state fits the shape of the panels A, B well enough to adhere to them easily. In this way, each step of the work can be done successively, and operating time can be largely reduced. |
