PURPOSE:To obtain various straightening methods by installing a hydraulic cylinder which adjusts a clearance between rollers and a pressure regulator and by setting the 1st valve checking reverse flow from the cylinder and the 2nd valve supplying and shutting pressurized liquid to the pressure regulator. CONSTITUTION:A screw type reducer 5 is set on top rollers 1a and 3a, a bottom roller 2b, and roller 4, respectively and bottom rollers 1b and 3b are supported by a hydraulic reducer 10. An intermediate top roller 2a is supported by a screw type reducer 5' and a hydraulic reducer 20. Both the electromagnetic valve 15 (the 2nd valve) and the check valve 12 (the 1st valve) which checks pressurized oil flowing through a pressure reducing valve 14 are set on a single action cylinder 11 of the bottom rollers 1b and 3b. The combination of the screw type reducer and the hydraulic reducer enables the apparatus to perform various straightening work by some different methods based on material characteristics and use of a metal pipe P. |
