PURPOSE:To judge visually which of the 1st and the 2nd bodily temperature determining means is selected by displaying which one is selected with a switch in different display mode. CONSTITUTION:The temperature signal of the bodily temperature detected by a temperature sensor 7 is A/D-converted 8 and inputted to a CPU9. The CPU9 has a function which decides which side the mode changeover switch 4 is placed according to a program stored previously in a memory 10, a function which measures the temperature at intervals of sampling time, a function which outputs the measured temperature to a display device in time order and displays it, a function decides on the current bodily temperature as the measured bodily temperature a specific time after the start of the measurement, a function which calculates the temperature variation rate and decides the measured bodily temperature according to whether the temperature variation rate decreases below the specific value or not, etc. Therefore, a display 5a of a character L or display 5b of deg.C is made on the display device 5 in different display mode according to whether the mode of the switch 4 is I or II, so which mode the temperature is measured is judged visually. |
