The invention is a device for making rotational movements possible on one side of the device and preventing rotational movements on the other side of the device. A retainer (1) houses a first body (5) that is fastened to a rotatable shaft (4) in a fixed position and has projections (6, 7) that work together with two arms (8, 9) that each can rotate at one end.
