PURPOSE:A roasted sweet potato which can be used for food instantly only by heating it by an electronic oven, etc., without removing its skin, by roasting washed sweet potato by an oven having hot small stones to bake sweet potato, removing its skin, packing hermetically it in a packaging film, and sterilizing it. CONSTITUTION:A sweet potato with its skin is washed with water, and roasted by the use of an oven having stones or ash to bake sweet potato. Then, the sweet potato is peeled, packed hermetically in a packaging film while keeping the peeled figure and form, and sterilized, to give the aimed roasted sweet potato. After the skin is removed, seasoning, spice, or a coloring matter is added to the surface of the roasted sweet potato and then packed hermetically. |
