PURPOSE:To aim at giving, to a block type core, a high rigidity against side- pressure exerted to the block core, and at enhancing the heat radiation of the V-belt, by thrusting and supporting the block core by means of a cylinder spanning a recess in the block core, and by supporting the cylinder onto a pin laid in the recess. CONSTITUTION:A block core 6 made of resin materials is formed in one unit body in an U-like shape, having both inclined side surfaces serving as frictional drive surfaces 7, 7. A recess 8a for receiving therein a belt member 1 is formed in the upper surface of this block core 6. An engaging groove 9 adapted to be engaged therein with teeth on the belt member 1 is formed in the bottom surface of the recess 8. Aligned through-holes 10 are formed in both side walls of the recess8, and a pin 11 is fitted into the through-holes 10, spanning the recess 8 with the cylinder 12 being fitted onto the pin 11. |
