PURPOSE:To smooth inherent torque ripple generated due to excitation changeover at electrical conduction pi, by providing rotor poles having relation to the accompanying higher harmonic magnetic flux distribution along with the excitation of a stator and to the same pole number and pi getting out of phase. CONSTITUTION:On a brushless DC motor of electrical conduction pi at the electrical angle, accompanying poles generating the third harmonic on the stator windings of each phase are formed. And a fundamental magneto pole and a treble magneto pole are fixed on a rotor in contact with the same shaft. The fundamental magneto pole and the treble magneto pole are respectively magnetized in sine wave distribution, and the magnetization pattern of a roughly isosceles triangle for the whole rotor is shown. |
