PURPOSE:To improve photovoltaic conversion characteristics by forming an impurity adding layer in a photovoltaic conversion active region of the laminating film of an amorphous film and a crystallite mixing film. CONSTITUTION:A P type layer as an impurity adding layer in a photovoltaic conversion active region is shaped by the laminating film of an amorphous film 3 and a crystallite mixing film 4, and the amorphous film 3 is brought into contact directly with a transparent conductive film 2. Consequently, a current value under the state of a short circuit is made larger than the P layer is shaped only by the amorphous film, and a voltage value under an open state is also increased. The characteristics of the crystalline mixing film have an effect on the improvement of the characteristics of a solar cell by forming a P layer on the glass substrate side in laminated structure. That is, the adding layer on the transparent conductive film is shaped in the laminating structure of the amorphous film and the crystallite mixing film, thus largely enhancing photovoltaic conversion characteristics. |
