PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency by continuously operating one of a plurality of inverters, and operating the remaining inverters in response to a load. CONSTITUTION:Two inverters 10-1, 10-2 are connected in parallel between a DC power source 1 and a filter 4, and a low loss power converter system is composed. In this case, a load current output from the filter 4 is detected by a detector 8 and input to a controller 9. Thus, one 10-1 of two inverters 10-1, 10-2 is always operated. The inverter 10-2 is controlled to be operated or stopped in response to a load state by the controller 9. The capacity of the inverter 10-1 is decided to the capacity of the load 5 such as a refrigerator which is always operated, and the capacity of the inverter 10-2 is determined to the capacities of the other loads 6, 7. |
