PURPOSE:To display a transferred distance, a transferred time, or an expense of carriage b providing a generating means which generates a transferred distance signal and a transferring time signal, a signal selecting means which selects one of both signals which has a higher frequency, and a means which counts the selected signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal corresponding to the transferred distance is taken out from a speed cable connected to a trip meter of an autotruck or the like and is sent to an input interface part 1. Meanwhile, a pulse signal indicating the reference time is always outputted from a clock signal generator 2. The pulse signal indicating the reference time is sent to a time counter 3, and the time is measured there, and the pulse signal from the input interface parts 1 is sent to a comparator 4, a distance counter 5, and a switch circuit 6. The distance counter 5 outputs the number of pulse signals as a signal corresponding to the counted covered distance, and the comparator 4 compares the frequency of the signal corresponding to the transferred distance from the input interface part 1 with that of the time signal from the clock signal generator 2, and a signal is outputted if the pulse signal corresponding to the transferred distance has a higher frequency.
