COLLAPSIBLE MOUNT TYPE CAMERA

PURPOSE:To permit the operation for assembling and adjusting as well as checking a collapsible mount effect and other functions in a partially assembled state by constituting the lens barrel pat of a collapsible mount type camera in such a manner that unit assembly separated from a camera body is made possible. CONSTITUTION:Three rectilinear guide shafts 2 as columns to form the guide members of a movable lens unit are provided in parallel with the optical axis on the rear surface of a front body 1 which supports the lens barrel pat of the collapsible mount type camera. A light shielding cylinder 3 which is one frame body is fixed to the rear end of the shafts 2. There is a movable barrel 4 which is another frame body fitted and assembled to the shafts 2 slidably therewith. The assembly of the movable lens unit to the front body side which is separated from the camera body is thus made possible. Not only the assembly operation can be therefore executed separately from the camera body but also the functions and performance of the important mechanism parts of the lens barrel part can be inspected and adjusted in a relatively early period of the assembly operation and therefore the assembly operation is made extremely efficient.
