PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and light positioning apparatus available for easy servo-control, a coil is wound a bobbin installed in a common gap between linear and rotary actuators and connecting a table with it. CONSTITUTION:Annular gaps 7 communicating relatively linear actuator 2 and rotary actuator 3 are arranged in such a way that each gap is included in a magnetic circuit respectively and a cylindrical bobbin 13 is installed free to make axial displacements and rotation around a short inside the annular gap and a table 20 is connected to an end of the bobbin 13. Further, the bobbin 13 is provided with a linear moving coil 14 co-operating with the linear actuator 2 and on the same bobbin, a rotary moving coil 15 co-operating with the rotary actuator 3 is installed. And, each coil 14 and 15 is controlled by transmission of an electric current to allow axial positioning and angular positioning around the shaft.
