NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I(n is 1-3; R' is 1-4C alkyl, or benzyl; R is alanyl, phenylalanyl, valyl, tyrosyl, 3,4- dihydroxyphenylalanyl, or lysyl) or its salt. EXAMPLE:5'-O-(N-Tyrosylisoleucyl)-5-fluorouridine-hydrochloride. USE:An antitumor agent for malignant tumor, an antiviral agent, and an immunosuppressor. PREPARATION:A 5'-O-acylfluorouridine derivative shown by the formula II is N-acylated with one amino acid selected from alanine, phenylalanine, valine, tyrosine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine, and lysine.
