PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization, cost reduction and simplification of the title machine without making use of a special mechanism, by providing a gap in which a belt-shaped material from a material supply part is interposable at the time of an advance of a screw. CONSTITUTION:As a belt-shaped material W is inserted within a cylinder 2 through a supply hole 25 according to an advance of a screw 3 at the time of performance of an injection process, the belt-shaped material W is pulled in the cylinder 2 by a length corresponding to about a movement stroke of the screw 3. As torsion, however, of the belt-shaped material W is allowed through a shape of the supply hole and the belt-shaped material W is made to interpose within a gap C, it does not happen that the belt-shaped material W is cut off. As the outside diameter of a flight part of the rear of a screw is formed into the diameter smaller than the inside diameter of an injection cylinder extending over a length of a stroke of the screw and the gap into which the belt-shaped material from a material supply part is inserted at the time of the advance of the screw, a reduction of cost and a processing and assembling man-hour can be contrived and miniaturization of the whole of the title device can be contrived and miniaturization of the whole of the title device can be contrived as a supply long hole is unnecessary in front of the material supply part. |
