PURPOSE:To obtain a required lead angle of a conical spiral antenna coil at high accuracy by winding a coil material on a stepped part having bottom part parallel to an axis of a conical core at required lead angle and then removing the core. CONSTITUTION:The stepped part 8 having bottom side parallel to the axis of the core 2 has required lead angle of the conical spiral antenna coil. The material of the conical spiral antenna coil is wound along the stepped part 8, and the external force is applied to the material in tangential direction. The conical spiral shape formed by the core 2 and stepped part 8 is copied, and then the core 2 is removed. Thus, a conical spiral antenna coil 1 is formed. |
