PURPOSE:To simplify the preservation and conveyance pattern with a simple handling of reagents, by adding gelatin to immobilize a kit composition under a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:To make a reagent, 0.3-6.0wt%, preferably, 0.5-4.0wt% of a gelatin solution is added, for example, to an antibody or an antigen-bonded insoluble support and a labelled antigen or a labelled antibody mixed separately or simultaneously. When the amount thereof is under 0.3wt%, the composition will not be immobilized when chilled at a low temperature and when it exceeds 6.0wt%, the composition is not easy to fluidized at 25-37 deg.C. Under the specified condition, the composition will be immobilized by cooling it below 15 deg.C, preferably 0-8 deg.C. Moreover, the composition will be a liquid which is fluid at 25-60 deg.C, preferably 37-50 deg.C. |
