PURPOSE:To execute the processing by a real time by a simple constitution, by constituting a heat luminescence dosimeter as a cylindrical rotating body, also detecting an incident dosage from one direction to the heat luminescence dosimeter, and reading it out as an intensity distribution by a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A measuring device has a cylindrical heat luminescence dosimeter (TLD) 7 in which a cooling medium flows in the direction A in the inside, a trap life time is lengthened, and also a temperature rise by an irradiated laser beam has been suppressed. In such a state, a radiant ray which is made incident from an incident window is recorded in the rotating TLD 7, this recorded one-dimensional radiation intensity distribution is cooled by the cooling medium and held as it is, reaches an opposed position of a condensing optical fiber 5 being a recording readout position, and reproduced as a fluorescent intensity distribution by the irradiated laser beam. In such a way, it is recorded as a radiation intensity distribution and also can be processed by a real time.
