发明名称 OPTICAL SCANNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To linearize easily an optional scanning line by detecting the curving condition of the scanning light emitted rom a holographic scanner and changing the wavelength of a wavelength variable light source so as to make linear the scanning lines. CONSTITUTION:The light oscillated from a semiconductor laser 1 which is a wavelength variable light source scans a scanning plane 6 by means of a collimating lens 2, a cylindrical lens 3 and a hologram lens 5 of a holographic scanner 4. A beam splitter 7 is placed in front of the plane 6 and the part of the scanning beam is taken out. The taken out beam images the light in the scanning direction to a one-diemsionally arrayed photodetector 9 by means of a cylindrical lens 8. The image is formed in such a manner that the deviation in the sub-scanning direction corresponds to the arraying direction of the photodetector 9 when the light in the scanning direction is imaged. The wavelength value which respect to the deviation is calculated from the differential output from the photodetector by an arithmetic circuit 10 such as microcomputer using the relation between the oscillation wavelength and diffraction angle. The current of a power source 11 is changed by using the relation between the injection current and oscillation wavelength. The optical scanner which permits linear scanning with the optional scanning line is thus obtd.
