PURPOSE:To enable automatic winding of a coil and enable automatic assembling by piercing a core leg inserting hole in an insulating film, printing a coil in the outer periphery, inserting the leg of one of divided leg into the inserting hole, and forming a magnetic closed circuit by combining another core. CONSTITUTION:A sectionalizing hole 11 is pierced on the outer periphery of an insulating film to become a coil printed piece 9 for a matching device. A hole 12 for inserting leg of a core 1 is punched in the printed piece 9. Connecting lines 16 that couple four lead wire connecting land 15 and three turn coils 3a-3d are wired by printing on the printed piece 9. After printing coils 3a-3d, bisected core 1 is inserted and fixed in each printed piece 9. The core 1 is made by combining a comb-shaped core 1a and a plate core 1b. The cores 1a, 1b are coupled with bonding agent and outer periphery is molded with resin 22. |
