PURPOSE:To improve the insulating performance of a coil largely by constituting the coil from a conductive band printed on a substrate so as to be turned through zigzagging and an insulating material. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 3 consists of a heat-insulating resin film, such as polyimide, polyester, etc., and has folding lines 5, 5, 5... for zigzagging and holes 6, 6, 6... for inserting a transformer core, and a meandering conductive band 4 is formed on one surface or both surfaces through pattern printing, and printed so as to be rotated by zigzagging the substrate 3. An insulating film preventing the mutual short circuits of the conductive band 4 on zigzagging is applied onto the surface of the conductive band 4 except leading-out terminal sections 7, 7 for the conductive band 4. A coil 2 is formed by zigzagging the folding lines 5, 5, 5... for the substrate 3, thus largely improving insulating performance. |
