PURPOSE:To constitute the titled machine so that a large scale device such as a tailstock is not necessitated, by a method wherein a locking mechanism is constituted of a locking ball connecting an outside rim flange with a main spindle and a locking sleeve holding the ball at a fitting position. CONSTITUTION:Reaction force of a bead part is inverted to an outward direction of a tire from an inward direction of the same during a process wherein bead parts 52, 53 are kept approaching. In this instance, as a ball 25 fitted in an annular groove of a main spindle 1 is pressed by a locking sleeve 23, a rim flange 21 does not move. At the time of unloading of the tire, a rim flange 6 on a headstock side is moved backward by a cylinder. A shaft 32 and boss 29 are inserted into a flange 24, an outer sleeve 31 is moved backward, the tip of a claw 30 is fitted over a collar of the lock sleeve 23 and the shaft 23 and boss 29 are retreated. Locking of the outside rim flange 21 and the sleeve 22 based on the ball 25 is released, then the shaft 32 is moved backward and the completed tire is unloaded. |
