PURPOSE:To lighten the weight of a foaming layer, to strengthen adhesiveness and to improve the sensitivity by combining materials with a high expandability and a low adhesiveness with those of a low expandability and a high adhesiveness so as to form the foaming layer. CONSTITUTION:The 1st forming layer 12 adjacent to a metallic honeycomb core material 11 made of metal such as Al is formed with the material having a low expandability and a high adhesiveness, and the 2nd foaming layer 13 is formed with the material having a high expandability and a low adhesiveness. Moreover the 3rd foaming layer 14 adjacent to a metallic side material 15 made of metal such as Al is formed with the material having a low expandability and a high adhesiveness. For the end face treatment, for instance, the material becoming the 3rd foaming layer 14, that becoming the 2nd foaming layer 13 and that becoming the 1st foaming layer 12 are screen-printed at the side materials 15, in this order, after which they are disposed at the prescribed position of a frame along the end face of the core materials 11 together with the core material 11 coated by a skin material 16 of a metallic foil such as Al. Then, after said materials are heated at a temperature 100-120 deg.C, they, namely, foaming ink, are foamed, thereby forming the foaming layer 17 with said three layers. |
