发明名称 SLUDGE REDUCTION REACTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent presence of NOx in discharged gas and cause chromium contained in soot to keep a trivalent chromium state and then to keep a non- harmful state by a method wherein a cyclone, a surplus heating boiler with combustion chamber and a dust collector are connected in sequence to a gas outlet of a fluidized bed furnace. CONSTITUTION:A sludge reduction reaction device is made such that a cyclone 5 for collecting soot dust in the gas is connected to an outlet of a fluidized bed furnace treating sewage sludge or similar sludge containing much volume of nitrogen, a surplus heating boiler 6 with combustion chamber for making a complete combustion of gas with no dust and at the same time for recovering the heat is connected to the cyclone 5, a dust collector 7 is connected to the surplus heating boiler 6 having combustion chamber, a part of the discharged gas discharged from the dust collector 7 is mixed with fresh air, supplied to the fluidized bed furnace 4 and an interior of the furnace is kept in a reduction atmosphere. The fuel gas discharged from the fluidized bed furnace is processed to remove the soot by the cyclone 5, thereafter it is completely ignited in the surplus heating boiler 6 having combustion chamber and discharged through the dust collector 7.
