PURPOSE:To perform perfecting recording with a simple and low-cost constitution by providing a paper feed means which is arranged above a platen and driven in a normal and reverse rotational manner to guide recording paper to either a paper insertion port side or a paper tray side. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 6 is set during the first pass so that its front 6a may become a recording surface. A drive shaft 10 is allowed to roate in the counter-clockwise drive whilst a platen 3 rotates clockwise. The tip of the recording paper 6, after recording, is ejected toward the drive shaft 10 side. When the recording paper has passed the contact point between a paper ejector roller 13 for the first pass and a driven roller 11 and its rear end has reached the position of the paper ejector roller 13, the recording paper 6 is lited up by the driven rotation of the paper ejector roller 13, guided to the paper insertion port side and set in such a way that its rear 6b may become a recording surface During the second pass, the drive shaft 10 is allowed to rotate in the same clockwise driven direction as the platen 3. The tip of the recoding paper 6, after recording, contats the drive shaft 10 and then is squeezed into a paper tray 20 after being led to the contact point between a paper ejector roller 12 and a driven roller 14 and passing through said contact point. |
