PURPOSE:To prevent the conversion of the time of broadcasting and to enable to see the intended program surely by providing the 1st switch to switch the indication of a program to the indication of the program table, 2nd switch capable of switching according to the time difference area and a microcomputer to execute normal processing and control. CONSTITUTION:The 1st switch 75 to switch the indication of the program and the indication of the program table, 2nd switch 76 capable of switching according to the time difference area, and the microcomputer 71 which executes the normal processing and the control according to the outputs of the switches 75, 76 are provided. When the switch 75 is switched to the program table indication, the microcomputer 71 checks the swiching position of the switch 76 according to the output of the switch 75. And as the results of the check, the data indicating the time in the program table data is converted into the time difference area data corresponding with the position of the switch 76, and forms the video signal of the program table of that time difference area and outputs it.
