<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an input from being impeded even when an input electrode is damaged and to measure a potential of each comb-line electrode even after the input device is assembled by prolonging the input electrode to the outside of a touch input region. CONSTITUTION:The input electrode 2 is prolonged to an electric resistance 1. In using the touch input device like this, since the potential of the input face and that of the input electrode at the outside of the input region are equal, the effect equal to the measurement of a potential in the input region is obtained by measuring the potential of the input electrode at the outside of the input region. Thus, no hindrance to the input is caused even when the input electrode at the outside of the input region to measure a potential. Further, it is possible to measure the potential of the input electrode even after the input device is assembled.</p> |
