PURPOSE:To provide a cap label consisting of a film made of a resin composition composed of polypropylene, polyethylene and a filler, having excellent water-resistance and chemical-resistance, high tearability, and unable to be opened without damaging the film. CONSTITUTION:The objective cap label is produced from a film having a dart impact strength of <=2kg.cm and an Elmendorf tear strength of <=2kg/cm along at least one direction, and made of a composition obtained by compounding (A) 5-60(wt)% polypropylene such as random copolymer or block copolymer of propylene and ethylene, etc., (B) 30-90% polyethylene having a density of >=0.94g/cm<3>, such as copolymer of ethylene and butene-1 or hexene-1, etc., and (C) 5-30% filler having an average particle diameter of preferably 0.01-35mum, preferably mica, calcium carbonate or wollastonite.
