PURPOSE:To rotate the windmill under best condition by choking a conical flow-in port with correspondence to retraction of supporting/sliding rod and limiting flow-in of strong wind to the windmill side thereby regulating the wind flow against the windmill. CONSTITUTION:The base end of openable/closable shutter 18 arranged at the rear end of inside wind duct 1 or a flow-out port is coupled to a supporting/ sliding rod 14 of an outside wind duct 12 facing into the inside wind duct 1. The supporting shaft 8 of movable disc 11 arranged in the rear of flow-out port of outside wind duct 12 is penetrated through the center of engine tubular body 5 while the tip of the supporting shaft 8 is integrated with a conical cap 9 fitted idly to the flow-in port side of said body 5 and the conical cap 9 is interlocked with the outside wind duct 12 retractable with strong wind to choke the conical flow-in port section at the flow-in port of the inside wind duct 1. |
