PURPOSE:To attain immediately debug and check of a program and a data by using a character recognizing device to input a coded program or data to a computer. CONSTITUTION:In placing a coding paper sheet 8 for a program or a data coded by a software developing personnel on a keyboard 7, the program or data is inputted. The data inputted to the character recognizing device is displayed on a display device and data is debugged or checked by the touch type keyboard 7. The character recognizer 5 is constituted as a part of a terminal equipments of the computer and inputs a data to the computer and also is operated as a keyboard. Further, the character recognizer 5 acts like a copying machine and then the time for data debug or character recognition is reduced.
