摘要 PURPOSE:To attain highly accurate direction angle control by using the magnetic floating technology for the interlocking control between position and angle in a desired direction so as to attain contactless control. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnets 7-9 and 10, 11 -, at least three, are arranged at the 1st and 2nd positions in the center line direction of a cylinder 6 of a magnetic substance, that is, in the axial direction of a fixed column 5 radially, the gap 18 between the electromagnets 7-11 and the cylinder 6 of the magnetic substance is kept constant and the direction of the center line of the cylinder 6 of magnetic substance is restricted by fixing the center of the 1st spring 17 to the fixed column 5. Then an external command signal is given to the electromagnets 7, 10 by the 1st spring 17, which has an elasticity to change the gap 18 between the electromagnets 7, 10 - and the cylinder 6 of the magnetic substance. Moreover, the movement around the center line of the cylinder 6 of magnetic substance is restricted by the 2nd springs 20, 21.
