PURPOSE:To diminish fluctuation of air fuel ratio accompanying changes in the divergence of a control valve and thereby improve combustion efficiency of an engine by detecting sucked air pressure in the middle point between positions of a supercharger and the control valve in the sucked air route. CONSTITUTION:Changes of sucked air pressure in a surge tank 16 located in the middle point between a supercharger 17 and a sub-throttle valve 14 are detected by means of a pressure sensor 21, and put out to a control unit 25. Here, direction and magnitude of changes in sucked air are judged, and on the basis of the judgement results the direction and magnitude of difference between detected and actually filled volume of sucked air is judged. And in accordance with this judgement outcome, output of signals by an air flow meter 12 regarding detected volume of sucked air is rectified by specific quantity in a given direction. Since adjustment of fuel injection volume to the actually sucked air volume is ensured under this arrangement, fluctuation of air-fuel ratio of mixed air due to changes in the divergence of the sub-throttle valve 14 can be prevented.
