The invention relates to an immersible module 1 for operating valves 2, 3 of immersed well heads. The module 1 comprises solenoid valves 8, 9 for operating the valves. The solenoid valves are connected to the valves and to a supply 10 of hydraulic fluid located at the surface of the immersion fluid. The module also comprises an electronic assembly 11 for operating and for controlling the solenoid valves, which is connected to a station 12 at the surface and to sensors 52, by electrical links. A tie 20 enables the hydraulic and electrical connections to be made. The electronic assembly is contained in a first sealed casing 13, firmly fixed to the tie 20 and at atmospheric pressure. The solenoid valves are contained in a second sealed casing firmly fixed to the tie 20. The pressure in this container is equal to that of the external fluid.
