PURPOSE:To obtain a compound material with high efficiency by charging >= one kind of material among a liquid-contg. solid, solution and liquid in a vessel, and impregnating liquid into the solid material by repeating pressure change by the change of atmospheric pressure plural times, or liberating liquid from the solid material or solution. CONSTITUTION:The degree of vacuum is held at a fixed value by opening a valve 14 automatically when the degree of vacuum exceeds a predetermined value, and by closing the valve automatically when the degree of vacuum is insufficient. After repeating plural times the evacuation and restoration of pressure, the pressure inside of a vessel is returned to the normal pressure by opening the valve 14 and stopping the operation of a vacuum suction device, and a solid material, etc. is taken out after opening a cover 8 for a discharging port. When liquid is intended to be taken out of a solid material or a solution, a valve 11 of an air introducing pipe 12 is opened and a valve 14 of an air introducing pipe 13 is closed and the vacuum suction device is operated. Thus, vaporization of the liquid is prompted by forming a stream of external atmosphere in the vessel 1 and the liquid may be taken out by the vaporization. |
