发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING THERMAL STABILITY OF FLUID SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To evaluate easily the thermal stability by heating quickly a fluid substance whose quality and state are influenced by a temperature, and measuring a viscosity conversion value of that time. CONSTITUTION:An evaluating device is constituted of a sample vessel 1 for containing a sample, a thermocouple 2 for measuring a temperature of the sample, a detecting end 3 for obtaining a fluidity and a viscosity conversion value of the sample, a motor 4, a number of revolution measuring device 6, an infrared heater 7 and a controller 8, etc. In this state, the motor 4 is brought to a prescribed rotation, and the sample is rotated in a state that a prescribed torque 5 is applied, also the sample is heated quickly by the heater 7 and a temperature is raised, and the number of revolution of the detecting end 3 is measured by a the number of revolution measuring device 6. Also, it is sent to the controller 8 together with a sample temperature which is measured by the thermocouple 2, and by the controller 8, a viscosity conversion value is calculated from a correlation of a variation of the number of revolution and a temperature, a fluidizing characteristic in a high temperature of the sample is grasped, and the thermal stability can be evaluated easily.
