PURPOSE:To draw excellently a picture even when the shape of a member on which a picture is drawn is complicated by attracting a flexible member with magnetism through the member on which the picture is drawn, and attaching and detaching a paint supply head to and from the member on which the picture is drawn. CONSTITUTION:The supply head 9 is fixed to the flexible member 15, the first magnet 16 is fixed in the vicinity of the supply head 9, and the second magnet 17 is arranged at a position opposite to the first magnet 16 through a bulb 1. An electric current is passed from a position where the magnet 17 moves along a funnel part 1b, the first magnet 16 is attracted to bend the flexible member 15. When the supply head 9 reaches the position of an anode button 2, the magnetic force is intensified, the flexible member 15 is further bent, and the supply head 9 is allowed to abut on the inner surface of the bulb. Consequently, even the complicated shape of the member on which the picture is drawn can be surely followed by the magnetic force, and the picture is excellently drawn. Besides, such a device is used for forming the inner electrically conductive film of the bulb of a cathode ray tube.
