PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of secondary injection and cavitation, by providing a side passage, through which the under stream side and the downstream side of a discharge valve are intercommunicated, and an automatic valve, which has a lift control stopper formed so as to allow variation of its position, and opens and closes a side passage. CONSTITUTION:A side passage 501, through which the upper stream side and the downstream side of a discharge valve 4 are intercommunicated, is located. A needle valve 502 is located so that it allows complete closing of a passage 501. An automatic valve comprises an impact rod 5021, a spring 5022, and a regulating screw 5023. A stopper 5024 limits the lift of the impact rod 5021, and varies its position by means of the screw 5023. ¦Throttle of a needle valve sheet part is changed through rotation of the stopper 5024. Damping of reflection wave at completion of injection is effected through throttle of the needle valve sheet part. This enables prevention of the occurrence of secondary injection and cavitation.
