<p>PURPOSE:To make various incineration ashes a solidified material having no possibility of environmental pollution by adding portland cement, alumina cement, lime, gypsum, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and slag to the various incineration ashes, mixing the mixture and thereafter mixing polyaluminum chloride and water therewith. CONSTITUTION:5-85pts.wt. portland cement, 0-15pts. wt. alumina cement, 5-25pts.wt. lime, 0-10pts.wt. gypsum, 0-10pts.wt. sodium carbonate, 0-10pts. wt. sodium silicate and 0-25pts.wt. slag are mixed with the various incineration ashes. The solidifying agent of the incineration ashes is constituted with the mixture and 1-30pts.wt. aq. soln. of one compd. selected from polyaluminum chloride, basic aluminum chloride, basic aluminum sulfate and aluminum sulfate. The solidifying agent of 1-10% incineration ashes is mixed into the incineration ashes together with a suitable quantity of water and nearly uniformly mixed. As a result, the various incineration ashes can be solidified into the solidified material which has the specified strength and is not made muddy by rainwater and has no possibilitu of the leaking of the harmful substance contg. the incineration ashes and salt content.</p> |
