<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compact air cleaner wherein the safety for a high voltage part is secured and the performance is increased by using the lattice bodies which have the aperture parts in both the direction of wind generation and the direction rectangular thereto. CONSTITUTION:High voltage is impressed between an ionization electrode 4 and a counter electrode 5 by a high voltage power source 8 to form the high electrical field and also to form the high electrical field between the counter electrode 5 and an acceleration electrode 6. The lattice bodies 10 are screwed to an intake vent 2 and to an exhaust port 3 or sandwiched by dividing a case main body 1 into front and rear parts. In the lattice bodies 10, the aperture parts are provided to both the direction of wind generation and the direction rectangular thereto. By this method, the decrease of air-flow due to the pressure drop of the lattices in both the intake vent and the exhaust port is prevented and the safety for the high voltage part is secured.</p> |
