摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a thin reproducing film layer in a high humidity atmosphere and to improve moisture-proofness by providing a coated film of a compd. curable by radiation on a thin amorphous vertical magnetic film layer consisting of a rare earth-transition metal provided on a substrate via an intermediate layer and curing the film by electron rays. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate layer 21 is provided on the substrate 11 and further the thin amorphous vertical magnetic film layer 31 consisting of the rare earth-transition metal is provided thereon. The coated film of the compd. curable by radiation which is cured by the electron rays is then provided as a protective layer 41 on the layer 31. The moisture-proofness is thus improved and the deterioration with age after long-term use at and under a high temp. and high humidity is thus prevented.
