PURPOSE:To secure enough an operation stable time without making a device large in size, and to execute weighing with a high accuracy even in case of a long-sized commodity by switching automatically a carrying speed of a weighing conveyor of an automatic weighing device, in accordance with a size in the carrying direction of the commodity. CONSTITUTION:Automatic weighing device is constituted of a take-in conveyor 10, a weighing conveyor 20, a label sticking conveyor 51, an operating box 60, a control box 70, a speed changing means 28, and a label sticking device 58. Also, it is constituted so that the conveyor 10, a driving device 28 and the sticking device 58 can be controlled by a microcomputer 71 of the control box 70. In this state, the computer 71 which has inputted a commodity detecting signal F from a weighing sensor 82 and a weight signal G from a weighing device 22 outputs a print signal H, also calls a carrying speed of the conveyor 20 corresponding to a size of a commodity stored in advance, and sets a speed by outputting a switching signal A to the driving device 28.
