PURPOSE:To read the display from the opposite face side similarly to the read from the front face side by applying inverting display control with the operation of a display inverting key. CONSTITUTION:When the level of input signals 1D, 1F, 2A, 2B, 2D, 2F, 2G are logical H with a switching signal 6 from a display inverting key 5 at 'H' level, since the switching signal 6, the input signal 1D are logical H and a switching signal7 is logical L, an output of an AND gate 1d1 is logical H, an output of an OR gate 1d0 is logical H and a segment 1d of the tens digit of a 7-segment display device 1 is driven by a driver 3. While input signals 1D, 1F, 2A, 2B, 2D, 2F, 2G remain logical H, the display inverting key 5 is operated and the switching signal 6 is logical L and then the switching signal 7 is logical H, an output of an AND gate1d2 is logical H by the input signal 1D, or OR gate 1c0 is logical H, and a segment 2c of the units digit of the 7-segment display device 2 is driven by the driver 3. Thus, it is possible to observe the result of input operation by the operation of the display inverting key 5 without changing the direction of the computer main body.
