PURPOSE:To simplify and automate the adjustment of the optical axis angle of an objective lens by installing the mounting position of the objective lens and a base for supporting a coil bobbin for mounting the objective lens so as to be positioned at the same side with respect to said coil bobbin, and reducing the distance between the fitting position of the objective lens and the fitting face of the base. CONSTITUTION:The actuator base 1502 is installed at the side where the objective lens 501 of the coil bobbin 1505 is fitted, and in the center of the actuator base 1502 a hole 1511 is drilled to insert the objective lens 1502 a hole 1511 is drilled to insert the objective lens 501. Where the pitch of the fitting hole 1509 of the base 1502 and a distance between the fitting face of the base 1502 to a case 1 and the objective lens 501 are (a) and (d), respectively, an optical axis shift DELTA when the optical axis m-m' of the objective lens 501 is angle- adjusted can be obtained according to the expression (I). If the fitting face of the actuator base 1501 and the objective lens 501 are disposed at the same side of the coil bobbin 1505, the optical axis shift DELTA caused by the angle adjustment of the optical axis of the objective lens 501 can be significantly reduced.
