PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition capable of realizing high contrast in DC drive and optical head of quick response, for use in the sector for liquid crystal optical head for printer application, containing, as dopants, each specific sort of two compounds. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing, as dopants, (A) DBF (di-n-butyl ferrocyan) and (B) TCNQ (tetracyanoquinodimethane). EFFECT:Capable of recycling of the redox reaction at electrodes, thus reducing electrode reaction.
