PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition giving a molded article having excellent heat-resistance, impact strength, transparency, tensile strength, elongation, and Vicat temperature, by producing a block copolymer using ultrasonic vibration, and blending the copolymer to a polymer for the modification of the polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by mixing (A) 3-70 pts.wt. of a block copolymer produced by applying an ultrasonic vibration having an intensity of preferably >=0.5w/cm<2> to a reaction system composed of a stem polymer (e.g. polybutadiene, polyisoprene, etc.), a vinyl monomer (e.g. ethylene, propylene, etc.) and 50-500pts. of the stem polymer in an oxygen- free atmosphere at 30-120 deg.C, (B) 97-30pts. of a polymer, e.g. a thermoplastic resin such as polybutadiene, polyisoprene, polyester resin, etc., and (C) 0-150pts. (based on 100pts. of A+B) of an additive such as antioxidant, heat-stabilizer, light-stabilizer, etc., at 25-130 deg.C.
