PURPOSE:To carry out continuously plasma treatment without participation of operator in taking in and out of a material to be treated, by introducing the material to be treated, which is placed on a truck and transported by a conveyor, into a treating chamber together with the truck, and the transporting the material directly to the following process by a conveyor after the treatment. CONSTITUTION:The molded articles W of resin positioned by the trucks C together with the trucks C are sent to the vicinity of the treating chamber 1 by the first conveyor 7, fed to the treating chamber through the opened inlet door 2 by a transporting means, the chamber is evacuated by operation of the vacuum pump 4, to carry plasma treatment. After the treatment is over, the treating chamber is restored to a normal pressure, the inlet door 2 and the outlet door 3 are opened, the material W2 treated by plasma together with the trucks C are drawn out from the treating chamber 1 by the work of the transporting means, transferred to the second conveyor 8, and transported to the following process.
