PURPOSE:To press a defoaming roller on an object surface having complicated shapes with a constant force by providing an oscillating arm to the tip end of a robot arm, and attaching an defoaming roller capable of oscillating to the tip end of the oscillating arm. CONSTITUTION:The oscillating arm 4 capable of freely oscillating is provided to the pressing force control part 3 of the wrist part of a robot 1. The defoaming roller 6 capable of oscillating with the shaft center of the oscillating arm 4 as the center is provided to the tip end of the oscillating arm 4. Consequently, even when the object surface is inclined, the defoaming roller 6 is pressed on the surface with constant pressing force, and the defoaming of FRP is almost completely automatized.
