PURPOSE:To provide a spinneret for the spinning of a composite fiber having a cross-section containing eccentrically arranged core and intermediate part, by placing a composite nozzle, a channel of the sheath component and an annu lar throttle at the lower spinneret plate, and making the width of only a part of the slit of the throttle narrower than the other parts thereof. CONSTITUTION:Only a part 33' of the throttle 33 controlling the flow of the polymer A flowing into the second composite nozzle 31 is made narrower than the other part 33'', and the flow of the polymer A through said narrow part 33' is restricted. The thickness of the sheath layer is locally decreased at the part corresponding to the narrow part 33', and a three-layered eccentric compos ite fiber wherein the intermediate layer is largely displaced eccentrically in the cross-section can be produced in stable state.
