PURPOSE:To execute interlocked control of mixing, compression, and molding by installing a measuring device for feeding different kinds of particulate matters with a specified proportion from >=2 vessels contg. different kinds of the particulate matter, a mixing device for measured particulate matters, and a compression molding device for the particulate matters. CONSTITUTION:When confirmation is established by a weight setting and comparing device 26 that measurement of feed material is executed securely in a set range, the feed material is discharged into a mixing device 11 by opening a feed material discharging valve 10. Whether the particulate matters of the feed material remain or not in a measuring vessel 7 is sensed by a confirmation sensor 9 for the discharge of the feed material. If there is no remaining feed material, the valve 10 is closed. When measuring operation b-d for one feed particulate matter is completed, an electromagnetic feeder 18 for feeding the second feed particulate matter is started by the UP of a chain timer, and similar procedures like b-d are executed succeedingly. Further, if there are a third or more feed particulate matters, similar procedures as described above are executed automatically. |
