PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture and assembling of a spinneret for the spinning of a composite fiber having a cross-section containing eccentrically arranged core and intermediate part, by placing a composite nozzle, a channel of the sheath component and a throttle at the lower spinneret plate, and boring the throttle only at a pat of the outer circumference of the composite nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The spinneret is composed of the upper spinneret plate 1, the intermediate plate 2 and the lower plate 3, and the double-layered sheat-core composite stream extruded through the composite nozzle 21 is surrounded partially at the second composite nozzle 31 with the polymer B controlled at the throttle 33. The three-layered composite stream is extruded from the spinning end 31' and taken up to obtain a three-layered eccentric composite fiber wherein the core and the intermediate component are arranged eccentrically in the cross-section.
